(11)Marking bucket: the structure plate is made of imported special steel with fire resistance ,

oxidation resistance and deformation resistance , which has better stability after punching.

The plinth is made of special alloy steel and applies the pneumatic scrape structure .The floor

knife adopts imported hard tungalloy knife-head .The manufacture techniques of the bucket

ensure the better sensibility ,abrasion resistance and firmness, and the heave shape of

lineation more regular ,the edge of bottom line more straight ,the head more perfect .The

configuration standard of bucket is 150mm .

(12)Rubber wheel : the right front wheel is a special modified rubber one with fire and abrasion

resistance ,which can well prevent tackless or deformation after long high temperature effects.

The left front wheel and the back stern wheel are made of special naturally modified rubber with

abrasion resistance,whose nave is made of refined steel.The diameter of front wheel:dia250mm,

the diameter of back wheel : dia190mm .

(13)Back stern wheel direction finder :lock the direction device which can ensure the lineation

machine freely operated in straight or twist.

(14)Guide rod : the chrome-plated device which can be freely conducted fall and lift by through

the hand handle provides convenience to adjust up ,down ,left ,right.

(15)Handle bar :the individual design conforms to the requirements of the human body projects .

The height can be freely adjusted according to the demands of operator.

(17)Heating system : a 15kg petroleum liquefied gas tank is used to respectively supply gas to

heating warmer in the coating tank ,front and back nozzles of line-marking machine and outside

inflame gun ,whose power is controlled by different valves .The valves and gas tools adopt

imported parts.

(18)Lineation width :change different marking buckets with different

specifications (100,150,200,300mm) according to the needs of projects .

(19)Lineation thickness : the thickness of bottom line (1.5-2.5mm )and the heave height (3-7mm)can be freely adjusted through adjusting the control device of the floor knife and the heave height.
